A.H.S. Security Inc. has made a special purchase deal with one of our commercial camera equipment suppliers - A 4-camera package that anyone can afford for home or for the small office, shop, restaurant, or retail store.
This 4-camera system is PERFECT for a small retail or residential install with a recorder that takes care of itself day after day, 4 high-resolution color minidome cameras, a camera system power supply, and 4 60-foot pre-wired camera cables for an easy self-install. The recorder is a 4-channel stand-alone unit (4 camera inputs) with a 500-Gb hard drive, one audio input (to record sound as well as video), 30-frame per second per camera recording speed (@ CIF resolution), 4CIF recording capability, built-in webserver, Local network and Internet connectivity, H.264 compression, VGA monitor support, a USB mouse, and an IR remote control - all in a box smaller than a typical VCR tape player. The cameras are your choice - either indoor or outdoor mini-domes.The picture quality is excellent. All YOU need to provide is a flat screen VGA monitor and a UPS back-up power supply (both readily available at any electroinics retailer - usually on sale), and the labor to run your wires from the recorder to the cameras.
| If you want to, you can connect this DVR to your PC directly OR through your network router and then any PC on premises or at a remote location can access it (with proper password verification, of course!) Video from the cameras is automatically stored on the extra-large hard drive, and the oldest video is written over after about 20 or 30 days (You can upgrade to an even larger hard drive if you want to extend the number of days of video you store on the DVR before new video over-writes the oldest video clips.) You don't have to do ANYTHING at all except look at your recorded video in case there is ever any vandalism, theft, or other situation you have captured with the high-quality color cameras. |

| The cameras are your choice - Indoor 520-line mini-dome OR Outdoor 480-line mini-dome with IR illuminators. (The IR illuminators will allow the camera to see clearly up to 25 feet in COMPLETE DARKNESS! The LED's give off a light that is invisible to human eyes but IS visible by the camera. (The indoor cameras do NOT have IR's, but if you REALLY PREFER an IR camera you can install the 480-line outdoor domes indoors.) |

The Pricing on this 4-camera package is as GREAT as the equipment! We are talking about a system which has features that some $5,000 commercial systems don't offer. The H.264 video compression format is new and superior to previous formats. Audio as well as video can be recorded. Dynamic IP support is provided by the manufacturer for FREE. The warranty is 3 years. The cameras have either 480 or 520 tv lines of resolution which is considered to be high/super-high resolution in the security industry. The Outdoor cameras have IR Illuminators which you won't normally find on many residential units at this price! The SONY 1/3" SuperHAD CCD imaging sensor (what the camera uses to sense the video) is High END technology usually only found in commercial quality cameras at twice the price!
I recently did a google price search on similar 4-camera DVR's, and comparable units (meaning commercial quality and not cheap disposable units) are selling for $800 - just for the recorder itself with NO cameras!!! Similar cameras are selling for $150 to $275 each for the EXACT SAME specs as our cameras!!
This price ALSO INCLUDES (4) 60-foot pre-made video & power cables (with connectors at both ends), and a 4-camera 12 volt DC camera system power supply. This is ALL YOU NEED except a VGA video monitor, surge protector plug strip or UPS back-up power supply (recommended) and the labor to run your cables and mount the cameras.
We also have specialty cameras like ones which are disguised as books, clock radios, wall thermostats, computer speakers, and framed pictures. If you want to "spy" on the nanny, we can set you up! And, of course, we have 8-camera systems and 16-camera systems also.
YOU install the cameras, pull the wires to your recorder location, pull a network wire to your computer or router location, plug in your power supply and recorder, and then you are recording! Of course, this commercial quality recorder has many set-up options which you can customize and fine-tune as you need. If YOU do the installation, we can provide hints, suggestions, and installation support.
We can provide the installation also if you prefer not to do the dirty work yourself. Or, if YOU pull the wires yourself, we can provide an in-person service call (extra charge) to finalize the settings and introduce you to the operation of your new system.
