Our monitoring services include:

* 2-way voice monitoring service.

* Supervised Openings & Closings of Employees w/printed reports.

* Follow-up of late-to-close or no-close situations.

* Cellular Radio Alarm Signal Transmission Service (INSTEAD OF or TO BACK-UP phone-line monitoring.)

Our SDC (Southwest Dispatch Center) monitoring station is fully equipped with the latest electronics and telecommunications gear, but our STRENGTH is our PEOPLE. Experienced, courteous, knowledgeable, and able to handle our customers' various needs.

Our typical residential monitoring fee is around $20 - $22 per month, and there are discounts for annual pre-payment of fees. Our customers also are awarded free monitoring as thanks for referrals of new customers. Annual pre-payment of fees also results in FREE monitoring credits.
